Mercedes-Benz Global Training Experience
For Mercedes-Benz, we organised the “Global Training Experience” in Salzburg – an international training camp lasting ten weeks and involving around 14,000 employees from just under 50 countries. Through in-person training sessions lasting several days, they were prepared for new vehicle models and the latest developments in e-mobility.
At two central locations, 32 bespoke training stations were set up, with content delivered in 26 languages. 250 vehicles were made available for practical driving training, whilst 14 partner hotels coordinated the accommodation for the participants.
Numerous evening events and a well-thought-out hospitality concept rounded off the programme. A major international project involving over 35,000 overnight stays – highly complex in terms of organisation and professionally executed down to the last detail.
